TIPS: PANDIT YELCHURI
Obesity thaggataniki
Padmasanam,or artha padmasanam,or sukhasanam lo kurchuni pranayama cheyyali.
Kapalbhathi chheyyali.
Mundhuga 1 min tho start chheyyali,kramam ga rojuki 60 min kuda chheyyavachhunu.
Fast ga chheyyakudadhu.
Nidanam ga chheyyali.
Ahaara niyamam:
Udharam lo kovvu thaggataaniki ahara niyamalu.
Menthi kura akulu ,shubram ga kadigi,danchi pindithe rasam vasthundhi.
1 cup rasaniki 1 spoon thene kalipi ishtam ga thagandi.
(Manchi bhavana mukhyam)
Morn 1 cup+Eve 1 cup
Mango,sapota ,bananas, vadilesi  migatha fruits tho(for eg. guava,papaya etc.) juice thagandi,sugar lekunda.

AHAARA AUSHADHA LEHYAM:
Potta thaggataaniki
Method:
Vamu 100 gms
Patika bellam  100 gms
(sugar candy)
Desavali avu(cow) neyyi  100 gms.
Vamu clean chheyyali.Doraga veyinchi(roast),podi chheyyali.
Patika bellam kuda anthey.
Stove meedha pan petti  avuneyyi low flame lo kariginchi  ,karigaka kindaki dimpeyali.
Vamu powder,patika bellam powder ni kalipi,  slow ga avuneyyi lo posthu undalu kattakunda(lumps lekunda) chhakkaga kalupukovali.

Elders 1/2 to 1 spoon thina vachhu
Children 1/4 to 1/2 spoon thina vachhu.(2 to 3 gms).
Note: Aharam mundhu  or aharam taruvatha.
