Dosakaya chutney:

Dosakaya chopped-medium sized
peel off the skin and chop into small pieces
Tamarind:size of a small Lime
Tampering:
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 sp
Fenugrik seeds 1/2 sp
Red chillies 2 nos slits
Green chillies 4 nos slits
Hing-a pinch
Kothimeer (corriander leaves)
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind the seasoning  along with Tamarind smothly first,then add 3/4 of the chopped Cucumber pieces and grind them in to a paste. Lastly add 1/4 of the remaining chopped Cucumber pieces and Corriander leaves
(optional)and Salt, and grind all together coarsely. If required the whole chutney can be grinded in to a fine paste,as per individual choice.
